  1. it is just incredible what Mirko is prepared to do nowadays for a fist full of dollars. Sad fact of life is that he has become a stepping stone for young fighters looking to make a name for themselves. I think i will enjoy seeing him humiliated again in the octagon.
Mirko, you lost your face and you lost your fan base. Good luck with making dollars, as it is obvious you stick around only for that. I hope they'll pay you enough for the next time you get KO-d

  2. Yes.. excatly. Everyone who wants a fist full of dollars says "I can fight for free becouse I have enough money" and fights in UFC instead of Dream where he can be paid ten times more becouse of his mega star position in Japan.
You said about Sad Fact - for me, very sad is when true fighter, who gets older want to still fight with top fighters - everyone said he fights for money. You know, I train martial arts (including mma) 6 times a week - and I'm not even a 1/100 as good as crocop is - and I also can't imagine, that one day, when I'll be 36 years old, someone says to me: "you should hang your gloves". And it doesn't matter how good you are - it's a matter of fact how much you still want to fight.

  6. Don't know what to think about Mirko right now... Years ago, he said that he wasn't motivated to fight in MMA anymore and he just went in the UFC for the paycheck... And now, he says that he was crippled by injuries (broken foot, knee surjeries...). Where is the truth? Sure he was injured... But sure he is getting older and facing younger dudes with more complete skills... Is he lying to himself? Does he refuse to face the facts? That he is done... That said, i only wish he didn't lost against Gonzaga (each time i see that Gonzage high kick, i'm fucking disgusted) and that he finally won a UFC title against Couture. Then, he could have retired in a graceful way... Despite these last 3 years of decline, i still admire him and watch with great pleasure tons of Cro Cop Highlights online, the Pride FC years... God bless you dude!!!

  7. Take it easy lads your getting ahead of yourselves here Mirko is fighting because he loves to fight, where are ye gettin all these ideas about the money? hes competitive theres nothing he hates more than losing he wants to come back and have one last good run at the title thats all..... What cro cop has to do is hes gotta stop putting down his head when his opponent comes to attack i dont know why he started this he used to just meet his opponent with a straight left every time keeping them at kicking distance, his takedown defense is some of the best in sport if he fights with the killer instinct and power he fought with in 2006etc he could be unstoppable. MIRKO "CRO COP" FILIPOVIC VS BROCK LESNAR UFC 127 make it happen dana. WAR CRO COP

  8. It's one thing to stick around out of love for the sport, but it's quite another to profess that he belongs at the top and express a desire for another shot at the title. Cro Cop is no longer ranked in the top-ten UFC heavyweight fighters. It will be a long road getting back into contention--much longer than his current contract of two remaining fights with the UFC allows for. I, too, always enjoyed watching him fight in his heyday, respect him for his accomplishments during PRIDE, but am beginning to wonder if he is becoming delusional or is merely appealing desperately onto a rapidly diminishing fan base when he makes comments such as the ones on this video.

  9. Мы с тобой! Дал слово - сдержи.
Кстати, решен вопрос, как действовать с теми противниками, которые постоянно давят не давая тем самым сделать "коронный удар" (пример: Федор Емельяненко) и если да, то какой тактикой?

  10. Damned, against Schaub, he will have to be fully recovered and at full strenght, both physically and mentally! Anyway, i wish him good luck and a great fight, win or lose... War Cro Cop!!!
