Round 1 – Cro Cop presses forward early and launches the first of his trademark headkicks, which Perosh blocks. Perosh shoots for a takedown, but Cro Cop stuffs it and unloads with some hammer fists before the pair stand. Cro Cop tags Perosh with a combo that sends him backpedaling, then connects with a few more shots. They clinch briefly, then separate and Cro Cop continues to press forward. Cro Cop follows Perosh, who is bleeding from his nose, to the ground and briefly ground and pounds before standing and allowing Perosh to do the same. Cro Cop lands a body kick then tags Perosh with a left, prompting him to shoot but Cro Cop sprawls again. A late combo by Cro Cop closes out the round. Round 2 – Cro Cop again moves forward with punches to start the second. Perosh shoots but Cro Cop keeps the fight standing. Another body kick by Cro Cop lands, then Perosh counters with inside leg kicks before getting stuffed on another takedown try. Cro Cop pounds away with punches from the top, then moves the fight back to the feet. Perosh clinches, but quickly separates. Perosh finally gets Cro Cop into his guard, but he immediately opens up a gash with an elbow from the top that immediately pours blood. The fight is stopped to look at the cut and appears close to a stoppage, but Perosh opts to continue. Cro Cop quickly downs him at the restart and unloads punches on the ground, but is unable to finish him before the end of the round. MMAFrenzy.com scores the round for Cro Cop 10-9.
