If Mirko Cro Cop isn’t going to be 100% on when he meets Frank Mir at UFC 119, then neither is Frank Mir. He wants it to be a “fair fight” or so he tells RawVegas.tv. He’s joking, I think. You know never know with Mir, but either way he plans on a first round submission.
